Judith´s consulting expertise at Venturing Unlimited has benefited a range of clients that includes Barclaycard, Ikea, entertainment group Ministry of Sound, and a range of entrepreneurial companies in entertainment, media, technology and clean-tech, US and European financial institutions. She is also a partner in Cantelupe Films, a British Film Company.

Prior to Venturing Unlimited, Judith was an Associate Director at Egremont Group, one of Europe´s leading specialist retail and leisure consultancies. Judith played a key role in launching and developing the consultancy's private equity and leisure practices. She advised major UK clients such as DSG, BAA and NCP and, through their portfolio companies, a number of high-profile private equity firms.

Judith started her career in the retail team at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting where her clients included Laura Ashley, Thorntons, Safeway and Blackwells. She has also worked and consulted at Pret A Manger, Yo! Sushi and with the political strategist Baron Gould of Brookwood.

As an entrepreneur, Judith became an early proponent of online social networking when she was a founding Director of Moonfruit.com in 1999. Backed by UK and US investors including Bainlab, Europe@Web and Macromedia, the Web-build service went on to win a BBC2 award for best online design and a nomination for an Online BAFTA; in 2006 it was named one of the UK´s top online brands and also an eSuperbrand.

Judith established The Glasshouse in London in 1998, to provide support and inspiration to other entrepreneurs. It has since expanded to San Francisco, Prague, New York and India. In 2006 Second Chance Tuesday launched, a forum for entrepreneurs and investors in technology, media, telecoms and green sectors. Both networks and events attract top-name speakers, leading investors and established and budding entrepreneurs.

Judith has a First Class degree in Management Science from Warwick University. Judith was nominated for the Woman of the Year Awards in 2001 and 2005, and was a finalist in Cosmopolitan Women of Achievement Awards in 1998.
